Data protection policy

Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done as far as possible on a voluntary basis. The use of the offers and services is, as far as possible, always possible without providing personal data.

Service companies are also commissioned for individual data processing operations or maintenance tasks. These service companies are carefully selected from the perspective of data protection. The nature and extent of the data processing operations to be performed are governed by contract and the service companies are obliged in particular to comply with data protection regulations.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use by third parties of contact data published under the requirement to display the publisher’s details, for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. M&S GmbH expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
